Lisandra Maioli is a UX Specialist with B.A. in journalism, specialization; in marketing (UC Berkeley), digital marketing (UCLA) and UX design (General Assembly Santa Monica). With over 17 years of an international experience working for large agencies and portals, as well as for small companies, start-ups for clients based in Brazil, US, Italy, Ireland, China and Netherlands, in different positions in Digital Communication--journalism, social media strategy, content strategy, community management, digital marketing, and digital products. Passionate about UX, she has been organizing; events and giving online workshops and lectures on this topic. She is also the author of the UX for High Performance chapter for a digital marketing book published in Brazil, and is currently writing the book Fixing Bad UX, Packt.
