XELOX方案为胃癌D2术后标准辅助化疗方案，其证据CLASSIC研究（NCT00411229）为Ⅲ期多中心随机对照试验，旨在比较胃癌D2术后辅助化疗（卡培他滨+奥沙利铂）的有效性。适用人群为Ⅱ～ⅢB期接受D2切除术后，ECOG评分0～1分的胃癌患者。该研究是首个纳入中国人群的大型国际多中心Ⅲ期胃癌辅助化疗研究，奠定了胃癌D2术后辅助化疗的地位。
